MANUFACTURER’S
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Your product is guaranteed by the manufacturer, J&J Advertising,
Inc., to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under
normal use and service from the date of purchase for as long as
you own The Support Arm. Neither the retailer nor any other company
involved in the sale or promotion of this product is a co-warrantor
of this manufacturer’s warranty.
THE DURATION OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE
DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES PROVIDED HEREIN. SOME STATES
DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS,
SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Under this
warranty, the manufacturer will repair, replace or refund the original
purchase price of any Support Arm found to be defective under normal
use and service. The manufacturer has the sole discretion of determining
whether to repair, replace or refund the original purchase price.
This warranty does not extend to any product that has been used
in a manner for which it is not intended. There are no warranties
other than that expressly set forth herein. This warranty is not
transferable. Neither the manufacturer nor the retailer is responsible
in any way for labor charges, direct, indirect, incidental, and/or
consequential damages, losses or inconveniences caused by product
failure or failure to follow instructions. There shall be no claims
for defects or failure under any theory of tort, contract or commercial
law including, but not limited to negligence, gross negligence,
strict liability, breach of warranty and/or breach of contract.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages. Accordingly, the above limitation may
not apply to you.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Damage due to accident, misuse, unreasonable use, commercial
use, abuse, alteration, or vandalism.
2. Improper or inadequate maintenance.
3. Unauthorized modification.
4. Damage in return transit.
5. Other causes not rising out of defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have
other rights that vary from state to state.
Should you require Warranty service, you should call 1-814-689-2143
for return authorization and ask for Customer Service stating that
you are a consumer with a problem. Please refer to the model number
when you call.
Your retailer is not a co-warrantor of your plan.
